Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (subject to product availability and payment verification). Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing the checkout. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. All shipments are dispatched from Hyderabad, India (BY-UNIFI PRODUCTIONS)

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. In cases of high demand, products may become unavailable after the order is placed. In such cases, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or by check. Refunds to your payment method may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our security team, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Order Policy

We offer complimentary standard shipping within India, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

International Shipping:

Spero ships worldwide. Delivery duties and fees depend on your shipping location. For any questions regarding international shipping, please contact us at sperolifestyle@gmail.com.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or CourierVia. Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include the 24-hour processing window.

Customs Fees:

Lost Packages

Once proof of delivery is provided with a tracking number, Spero is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The courier assumes all responsibility for such incidents.
