Refund & Exchange Policy

Applicability of Policy

By using the Spero Exchange Portal or initiating a purchase request on the portal, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on sperostore.com, which is owned by Unifi Productions.

Note: This policy may be updated periodically. Before each transaction, please review the policy to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

To initiate a Return or Exchange Request:

Exchange & Return Process

Eligibility:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you’ll receive a notification via email, and a pick-up will be arranged within 24-48 hours.

Pick-up Attempt:

The logistics partner will attempt to pick up your return twice. If the pick-up fails, you will be required to send the product back to our warehouse. Reverse pick-up availability depends on your location’s pin code.

Quality Check:

After receiving the returned product, it will go through a quality check. If it passes, your return or exchange will be processed.

Processing Time:

Exchanged items will typically be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Product Unavailability:

If the size requested for exchange is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative product or a gift card, which can be used in-store or online.

Refunds:

Refunds for returns will be issued as a credit note once the product passes quality inspection. The credit note will be sent to your registered email.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). If items show signs of use, the return will not be processed.

Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Prepaid Orders:

No cancellations or refunds are allowed on prepaid orders. If a refund is requested, it will be issued as a gift card (equal to the selling or MRP value), which is redeemable within 6 months. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

 

You can return or exchange a product if:

  • The product doesn’t fit.
  • The product or packaging is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.

Mandatory Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

The product is unused (not worn, washed, or tampered with).
Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
The product has not been altered or damaged (unless due to a vendor defect).
Return request matches the product and order in our records.
No odors, stains, scratches, tears, or visible damage on the product.
If the product was bought as a set, the entire set must be returned.
Products must be in saleable condition for a return or exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
